Health plan manager - There is a lot of waste in health care. Unfortunately, being a manager at a health plan is part of the waste. I wouldn't recommend it as a career. I hope that President Obama is successful at reforming health care. There is too much bureaucracy and very little reward, other than money and status. That is sufficient for many, but not enough for many. Health plan managers do not seem to make a difference or have the ability to improve health care or help their customers make progress.
